Warranty

The standard warranty terms for all MasterTherm CZ heat pumps is 36 months.

You can also purchase an extended warranty.

7 years warranty

The 7-year warranty, which begins with the startup of the unit (but which can be no more than 7.5 years from the factory shipment date) can be obtained through one of the following:

  • activate the Ethernet online control and monitoring service before the start of the first heating season
  • pay an additional charge of 10% of the listed retail price of your heat pump (discounts and special offerings do not apply)

Both the standard and extended warranty cover the ENTIRE heat pump and not just selected components (such as just the compressor, the heat exchanger, etc.).
