Ethernet – The service that gives you the ability to conveniently and safely operate your equipment from a remote location. Only available from MasterTherm CZ.

MasterTherm CZ. The heat pumps supplied by MasterTherm CZ can easily be controlled from any location using any type of computer with an internet connection (PC, MAC, Linux). All you have to do is order the activation of this service with your product (see the Price List for rates) and set up an internet connection with a public IP address.

You will then be able to control all of your heat pump's operating parameters remotely, including for example:

  • desired water heating temperature
  • the outside temperature limit for the activation of the electric boiler
  • desired temperature for all loops in the system

As soon as your heat pump is connected to the internet, you will have a guarantee that your system is being monitored around the clock. The MasterTherm CZ service center allows the online monitoring of all of the system's operating parameters and an assessment of any error messages.

In this way, our technicians are able to detect any potential problems sooner and either resolve the problem remotely or, should an onsite service call be required, the technician will arrive ready to attend to a specific problem that has been analyzed in advance.

This service is provided at no charge and the only cost to you will be the cost of the public IP address. This service can usually be set up for a cost of 0 - 50 CZK/month. Contact your internet service for more information.
